Boutique style hotel right in the middle of Pontevedra, overlooking a market with caffes and restaurants, a few meters away from the Camino. Very clean place with lovely decor, congratulations to the owners for a great design taste. But what made our stay memorable was the staff treatment, Manuel looked very well after us, everything we needed him for he was there with a genuine smile. If you go to Pontevedra and want a beautifull well located accomodation at a very decent price, do not hesitate to chose A Xanela! Thank you again Manuel, we loved every minute while hosted by you!
We stayed for one night, the room was beautiful and the location was amazing. Our room was very clean and bright! Would stay again!
One of the best accommodations we had along our Caminho Português. We had a smooth self check-in and were welcomed by beautiful spaces right in the city center, including a heated room where we felt truly comfortable. Everything, including the common areas, was spotless and full of lovely details. The only thing we slightly missed was a stove or hot plate to prepare a warm dinner or breakfast. A truly charming place that’s definitely worth visiting - we’d love to come back! Thank you! :)
A great spot in an idillic location after a days walking. Right in the heart of the town. We had usual challenge getting info without our home phones online. Getting wifi then making contact for details of access to accommodation. Next time we will have a digital SIM and it would be less stress.
Habitación en muy buena ubicación, muy limpio, dueño amable...hostal muy bonito. La unica pega es que le comenté cuando nos fuimos (solo fue una noche de alojamiento) que el edredón estaba manchado mediante una foto por WhatsApp, y que el porta rollos del baño estaba suelto, y nunca me contestó. Lo hice para que el siguiente huésped lo tuviera perfecto, ya que para mi fue el unico fallo. Por eso no puse 5 estrellas
Self service check in was very convenient. The room was basic but had comfortable beds. Toilet external but private, with good shower. Great location with bars and restaurants literally at the doorstep. Yet it was not too loud after 11.
